If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by ImLive please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Credit Refunds

ImLive may issue Credit refunds for the following:

  • 1. Technical issues during paid video chat sessions;
  • 2. Technical accessing and/or using the site;
  • 3. Unsatisfactory paid video chat sessions;
  • 4. Unspent Credit purchases made in error.

Bank Refunds

ImLive is prepared to issue a refund to your credit card for unspent transactions in your account that were purchased within the last 30 days.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

In the event that you are new (i.e. you do not have any previous paying accounts and made your first Credit purchase within the last 30 days) to ImLive and are not satisfied with the services provided by ImLive, ImLive will be prepared to issue a refund to your credit card up for up to 25 Credits.

Refund Requests Made Directly to Your Bank or Payment Processors

Please note that requesting a refund directly from your credit card company or the ImLive billing processors may result in your account with ImLive being terminated with immediate effect. In the event that your account is terminated, you will not be permitted to open further accounts with ImLive.

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by ImLive or wish to dispute a transaction, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

Chargebacks and Fraud

Chargebacks and/or any activity that will prevent ImLive from collecting funds from a Credit purchase will be considered fraudulent and may result in your account with ImLive being terminated with immediate effect.

In the event that your account is terminated, you will not be permitted to open further accounts with ImLive.

If you believe a chargeback and/or credit card refund was issued in error, ImLive will require that you repay the amount purchased. Once the disputed amount has been covered, ImLive will reactivate your account with its service.

ImLive will use all of its rights under the law, to claim back funds that were fraudulently removed as a result of chargebacks and/or credit card refunds. ImLive reserves the right to provide 3rd parties with any identifiable details it may have in order to claim back funds that were lost due to fraudulent activity.
